「雅加達」和「新加坡」來回班 Jakarta and Singapore Turnarounds－luosteve的部落格

前四天連續做了兩個過夜班~「雅加達」和「新加坡」。我台灣同事Gillian說我老愛換這種「阿殺不魯」的班來飛。哈~~

I consecutively operated two overnight flights four days ago, Jakarta (CGK) Overnight and Singapore (SIN) Overnight. One of my Taiwanese colleagues, Gillian, jested me that I was quite into swapping with such “JUNKS” to fly. LOL~

CGK Overnight

我想這應該是俺二度做雅加達過夜班，因為當一踏進飯店時，覺得它很熟悉。這趟班還算OK~客人很守規舉、組員們不錯，食物也很棒。(哈~這聽起來好像我每一趟班的重點都和食物有關)

I think this could be my second time to operate CGK overnight flight, for the hotel I stayed really rang a bell on stepping into it. This flight was ok~Behaved passengers, nice crews and great FOODS. (Oh, sounds like FOOD is always the target from every flight I operate)

因為到達飯店後並沒有太多時間可讓大伙到外頭小晃，我們大部份組員只好選擇待在飯店，並到飯店的餐廳大快朵頤。

Having no too much time to hang out after our arrival at the hotel, most of us crews chose to stay in our hotel and have a big meal together in the restaurant of the hotel.

在空中我便一直試著保留口慾，並且不向我的阿姐屈服，聽她的話用飛機餐，因我深信一嚐印尼當地的料理一定可以值回票價。

I had been doing my best to save my appetite in the air and not to surrender myself to my FP to eat any entrée because I believed trying the local Indonesia food would surely worth a penny.

大家都首推這道傳統的印尼料理—「Nasi Goreng Fiesta」，一種佐雞肉和沙爹的印尼炒飯，吃起來挺不錯的。這道餐很有味道，可說讓俺也吃得津津有味。另外，也點了一盤希臘沙拉和一碗好喝的蔬菜冬粉湯。媽呀，飽得要命以致於肚皮差點撐破。

The highly suggested typical Indonesia food-Nasi Goreng Fiesta, an Indonesian fried rice with chicken and Satay, was really something. It’s extremely tasty and I could say I very much enjoyed it. Besides, I also ordered one plate of Greek Salad and a bowel of delicious vegetable and clear noodles soup. Gosh, I was so stuffed that I could feel my stomach was nearly to burst.

新加坡過夜班
SIN Overnight

為了和一位近十年沒有見的新加坡朋友會面，我換了這個新加坡過夜班，如此便有機會可以和老朋友小聚。但誰知道當我飛這班機的前幾通知那老兄我即將前往新加坡時，他卻告訴我有要事缠身，期望改約下次。可惜喔！

To meet one of my best friends who I hadn’t seen for nearly 10 years, I swapped with a SIN overnight flight so that there woul be a chance for us to have a small gathering in Singapore. But who knows when I reminded the fellow of my departure to Singapore a few days in advance, he then told me that he was occupied by something important and would like to take a rain check. What a pity.

嗯，這是我第二回做這種我得自己在報到櫃台拿機艙服務經理的文件包，一個人通過安檢和搭巴士到飛機的新加坡班。我不用在公司參加平時在飛前都必須要參與的簡報會議，而只要帶著所需文件及自己的行李前往我要工作的班機，然後直接在飛機上和組員們碰頭。這是因為其他的組員，包含我們的老總—座艙長，都是新加坡base的組員，而那天剛好是他們做新加坡—香港來回班。

Well, this was my second time to operate the flight for which I myself needed to get ISM’s flight file from Crew Channel, proceeded to go through the security check, and rode the bus to the aircraft. I did not have to attend any briefing just like what we crews normally do before any flight in my company but just brought necessary documents and personal belongings to head for the aircraft prior to meeting the rest of the crews in-flight. This was because the other crews, ISM included, were all Singapore-base and they were doing a SIN-HKG turn-around.

在新國，我和正副機長一起搭接駁車到飯店。那晚真的很無聊，因為所有新加坡組員都下了班後直接回家了，而我則得獨自一個人度過一晚，直到隔天早上和返回香港班機的新組員們碰面。Kelvin是我那班首次認識的新加坡組員，好人一個，且工作認真。他同我說下回有機會到新加坡時，會好好招待我。先感謝您啦老兄!

In Singapore , I went to the hotel with only the two cockpit crews by shuttle bus. That was a boring night since the other SIN-base cabin crews all went home directly and I myself could not but solely spend the night before I met other new crews who I would fly with together back to Hong Kong the next morning. Kelvin was the SIN-base crew I firstly knew on that flight, who was nice and diligent and told me he would kindly offer to show me around whenever I am in Singapore . Thank you first buddy.

沒有同好一起相隨，我獨自一人走到附近有名的「牛車水夜市」(一個在中國城的夜市)，覓食。那兒人潮擁擠，多數是小販、商店、小吃店、當然還有遊客。俺花了好一段時間才決定要在哪兒好好祭我的五臟廟。這又是一個令人享受的夜晚。

Without any companions, I went to the nearby famous People’s Park, a night market in Chinatown , to hunt for food. So crowded, the place was jammed with street hawkers, shops, local restaurants, and of course visitors. I spent quite a while to decide where and what to eat for dinner. It’s another enjoyable night.

我點了好吃的新加坡肉骨茶, 海鮮煎, 和一大顆椰子水 I ordered yummy Singapore Bak Kut Teh, Seafood Omelet, and a big cockonut

林志源和美珍香是兩家新加坡有名的肉乾店. 美珍香較有名, 但我們組員都覺得林志源的比較好吃說~~ Lin Ghee Guan and Mei Cheng Shian are two famous jerky stores in Singapore. The latter one is more well-known but we crews all think the meat jerky sold in the former one is more tasty.
