聖誕節和過年快到了，大家都開始送卡片啦。

** …「即將近了，快到了」的用法除了有(be) around the corner之外，還可以用(be) upcoming、near at hand、approaching、coming…等。
兩天前我去看看我的信箱，在裡頭找到令人驚喜的東西，那就是：珍和廚娘，俺收到妳們的耶誕卡啦！哇~超感動的啦，因為你們是大老遠地從台灣寄到香港給偶說！卡片粉漂亮。
When I checked my mailbox the other day, I found something surprising to me: Jane and Elaine, I have received your Christmas cards. Wow, so touched and moved you know, because you guys mailed them all the way from Taiwan to Hong kong . The cards are beautiful by the way.
** 上頭的感受形容詞「touched and moved」是動詞touch and move的過去分詞當形容詞的用法，指人對事物的感覺。但如果要指事物讓人覺得如何如何，就得將它用「分詞（~ing）」的形式表式：比如說：Steven is very board即史蒂芬感覺到很無聊；但Steven is very boring就是指Steven是個讓人感到無聊的伙傢，所以要注意。

珍Jane常會不吝嗇地在外頭小晃或旅行結束後和我們分享她用寶貝理光CX200所拍的美照以及遊記文章。她是個隨和的女孩子，喜愛和我們在格子上談天說地聊有的沒的，讓我們的生活有趣又多彩。她還會集結其他像雪利和妹子等格友，為了幫你打發時間像是在standby無聊之時，陪你在臉書上用主題留言的方式在聊天，讓某個主題的留言量爆到快兩百篇~~~哈哈~好好笑喔~~她們可真是貼心哩！珍在卡片裡頭說呀，為何會挑選這張以台北101大樓為主題的聖誕卡主要是因為101對我們來說是很有意義的，因為我們大伙第一次的格聚就在101。謝謝妳珍，妳真的太窩心了。
Jane never fails to from time to time share us her pictures taken with her beloved Ricoh CX200 and good articles after having finished unforgettable outings or trips. She is an outgoing girl and likes to gossip about everything with us via blog, which makes our lives more interesting and colorful. She, together with other blogger friend such as Shirley or Sandy, in order to help you kill your boring time like your standby period, would go all out to even chat with you on the Facebook through the messaging and have the replies or comments piled up to nearly 200 just under one topic~so funny, and how considerate they are. Jane said in her card that the reason why she picked out this Christmas card with the Taipei 101 spotlighted on the frontpage was that the Taipei 101 means a lot to us since it’s the place where our first gathering with other blogger friends were held. Thank you Jane for your great thoughtfulness.

廚娘Elaine也是個甜姐兒。她寄給我的卡片雖樸素，但卻充滿了暖意和很棒的祝福。廚娘的格也是我固定會去造訪的那幾個我覺得很有趣的格之一，從裡頭我學習到了不少的烹飪技巧，烹飪是她的的興趣，且她也相當在行。每次只要做完好料的，廚娘便會試著將美食圖片和相關的做法PO上來和我們分享。不管你們信不信，只要稍瞄一下她那令人垂涎三尺的烹飪美食，你的鍵盤鐵定佈滿口水說。謝謝妳廚娘，也祝妳聖誕快樂喔。
Elaine is a sweet girl too. I like the card, simple but filled with warmness and great blessings, she sent to me. Her blog is one of the most interesting ones I make it a rule to read almost everyday, from which I have accumulated many cooking skills. Cooking is her passion and of course she is very much good at it. After performing her kitchen magic show, she always tries to have the pictures of the dishes and the according recipes posted on her blog to share with us. You know what, believe it or not, with just a glimpse of her moth-watering cooking, your keyboard would definitely be wet with your dripping saliva. Thank you Elaine and Merry Christmas to you too.
