前些日子處理一些情緒起伏的事啦，也忙啦，所以少時間上來和大家互動~今天終於po新東西上來啦，大家見諒喔。
Hey my friends, I’ve been experiencing some ups and downs and busy these days, so I was barely in the mood of writing new articles and even reading your updates. Finally, I have just posted something new to share with you guys.
俺似乎遲了好一段時間上來分享我們約兩個禮拜前的聚會盛況。首先我真的要向阿悸說聲「謝謝妳」，因為妳用心策劃了我幾個月前提議的「自帶外食趴」。然後，萬分感謝理查兄慷慨地提供他的住處讓我們這個聚會計畫順利實現。最後，我要大聲地對你們喊聲「哇喔」，因為真的非常興奮可以再度有這個難得機會和大伙見面並嚐你們的拿手好料（嗯~雖然有些菜是現成的，但重要的還是心意啦）。
It seems that I’ve been delayed quite a while to bring you my update on our latest gathering held about two weeks ago. First of all, I would like to say “thank you” to Angelica for having organized this wonderful POT-LUCK party, which I had proposed months ago. Next, a million thanks to Richard, who generously offered his place for this plan to be successfully carried out. Lastly, I wanna let out a “WOW” to all of you who joined the party since I was so thrilled about not only having this wonderful chances to see you guys again, but to taste your home-made magic (Well, though some of the dishes were purchased, still your sincerity mattered) as well.
美味的自製好料是自帶外食趴所不可獲缺的。所以，這次的自帶外食趴大家可是卯足了勁來變出廚房好料，展現大伙自豪的美味。大家可以看見我們這些從台灣各處匯聚一同的格友們（嘉義、中壢、桃園、香港、台北）所帶來的好吃的擺得滿桌都是，真的是「天殺的」好吃說！
Delicious home-made dishes are indispensable to a pot-luck party. So, for our first “pot-luck gathering” all the participants went all out to perform their “kitchen magic” to show their prides. You can see the table was richly exhibited with a number of good foods from us blogger pals who came from different places of Taiwan : Jia-Yi, Hong-Kong, Chung-Li, Tao-Yuang, and Taipei . The foods were God Damn yummy.
D-man的義大利麵對於我這個愛好義大利pasta的人來說非常合我的味口，且D-man會做一手好菜的美名早就眾所皆知了。我想他一定是繼承了他母親的烹飪專長來的吧！這天D-man直接在理查家親自表現他的廚藝，我們都一睹他「什菇義大利麵佐白醬」製作過程，呵~下次我也要自己做一次。你知道嗎，當我告訴他的老婆阿悸，下次該她煮給我們吃時，她只有回我一句，”哈~那你們有得等囉！”
D-man’s pasta tickled my fancy because I am a pasta lover and his reputation of making good foods had preceded him already. I think he perhaps inherited the cooking talent from his mom. This day, he presented his cooking skill in person in Richard’s, and many of us witnessed the recipe of the delicious “Mixed-Mushroom Pasta with White Sauce”. Hm…next time I know how to make the same thing for myself. You know what, when I told D-man’s wife, Angelica, that it’ll be her turn to cook for us next time, she just replied me, “Ha, that’ll be the day.”
阿慶師，偶真的超愛你的迷迭香串燒說（說真的，看起來還真的很像你把去年過期的聖誕樹拿來串說~別打偶）。另外，你重新加熱你的南瓜濃湯時並沒有搞壞它喔，同樣美味依舊。
Jerry, I love your Rosemary ssish kebabs, wonderful (frankly speaking, they did look a bit like you used the Christmas tree last year to make them you know~Spare me please). BTW, you did not ruin your pumpkin soup after you reheated it. It’s still yummy.
培敏、雪利、雪利和珍，呵~雖然你們違反了自帶外食趴得帶自製的料理來的規定，但看在你們帶來的鴨肉美食和好吃的蛋糕及布丁份上，饒了妳們。親愛的珍，偶真的不敢相信妳從台南「深藍咖啡館」帶來給我們傳說中好吃到爆的“千層糕”（別以為我不知道妳用宅急便的），它那入口即化的口感差點讓我感動落淚妳豬道嗎！
Pei-ming, Shirly, Cherrie, and Jane, well~although you guys violated the rule of pot-luck party that you should have brought your own-made dishes, you can be off the hook from our punishment as the duck dishes, the cake and the puddings really tasted amazing. Dear Jane, I could not believe you brought us the legendarily super tasty “Layer Cake” from the DeepBlue Café in Tainan (you had it home-delivered, hadn’t you?) The melting-in-mouth texture almost made me moved to tears you know.
我準備的是魯小方干。花我的時間不多，但真的出乎意料的好粗說（真是老王賣瓜）.
I prepared marinated small squared tofus. It did not take me a lot of time to cook it but, haha, it was miraculously delicious (Well, this sounds like every potter praises his own pot).
Hey理查，你的青椒炒豬小排真的好好粗喔。下次要教偶喔，豬道嗎？
Hey Richard, your stir-fried spare ribs with bell pepper was awesome. Teach me next time, will ya?
他們倆就是這次趴踼的主持人，帥氣及美麗的理查夫婦。
They are the host and hostess of the party, Mr. and Ms. Richard. Handsome and Beautiful, right?
用完餐後我們大伙共度了美好的歌唱時光。感謝理查一應俱全的高檔卡拉ok及音響設備，我們唱得灰常開心搜。理查的老爸也是我們趴踼的一份子，他不但英文說得溜，歌唱也是一流喔，實在太厲害了。歌后培敏呀，這次沒有和妳合唱到啦，下回我們要一起合唱幾首喔。親愛的珍，我們一定要list幾首合唱歌回去自己練，好好為下回的K歌趴做準備喔！
After we finished the lunch, we had a good time singing together. Thanks to Richard’s well-equipped acoustics and Karaoke set, we all enjoyed singing a lot. Richard’s father was a part of this party; he not only speaks very fluent English, but he sings so well you know. Amazing. Pei-ming, the queen of singing, I did not sing with you la~next time ar we should sing together. Dear Jane, we have to list some songs so that we can prepare our singing together for our next singing party next time.
再次感謝大家的參與：理查大婦、珍、Cherrie、阿悸與D-man, 阿慶師、雪利、Denise。太愛你們啦~偶現在已經開始期待六月份的K歌趴啦。

另外，甘溫理查結束後趕緊載我和我兩大行李箱去機場搭機回香港，隔天一大早五點我還得起床，要飛馬尼拉來回班說~~看，為了這次聚會偶忍著隔天的睡眠不足到場，感動吧？
I especially appreciated Richard’s help of giving me and my two big suitcases a ride to the airport to catch my flight back to Hong Kong . The next morning, I had to get up for my Manila turn-around flight you know. See, for attending this party, I had to tolerate sleep deprivation. Feel touched?
