換班完成後班表 After-swap Roster

我公司的大部份組員每個月都習慣將班換一換。當下一個月的班表在這個月中出來時，組員們都會竭盡所能地去換他們想要的班，俺也不例外囉。很多我的同事他們都會在下個月班表出來沒多久，省下了去玩或參加派隊的機會，會花很多時間坐在電腦前發揮換班技能。  

Most of the crew members in my company practice the habit of swapping the rostered flights every month. When the roster of the following month is released during the middle of the previous month, the crews who have free time will go all out to exchange their flight patterns for other patterns they prefer. I’m no exception. Instead of having fun or going out for parties, many of my colleagues will spend much time sitting in front of their computers and bringing their swapping skills into full play soon after the next-month roster comes out.

每位組員每個月都只有五次換班的機會。對於這個月，我真的是物盡其用，將五個quota都用光了。比較這兩個換前和換後的班表，你會發現我是不是瘋了，把不少G Day(我們稱休假日為G Days)和一些好班換掉。嗯~有時我的換班邏輯很難解釋，但總言之我的換班重點大多是外站津貼是不是很吸引人、飛時是不是很多，和班好不好飛等。  

Every crew is offered only 5 swapping quotas every month. For this month, I’ve made the best of all the quotas and used up all of them. By comparing both of these two rosters, original roster and after-swap roster, you might think I’m kind of crazy why I swapped away many G days (we call day-offs G days) or good flights. Well, sometimes I don’t know how to explain my swapping logic, but all in all the core of swap for me mostly relies on whether the out-port allowance is attractive, the flying hours are a lot, and the flights are easy to operate or not.  

 

為啥我會換個孟買來飛呢？這班不是很不討喜的班嗎？呵~對俺來說，只要有不錯的外站津貼可以入袋，且飛時也可以多些，為何不呢？事實上，由於孟買班的服務鈴和服務要求比德里來得少，這班還是不錯的喔！  

Why I swapped for Bombay ? Isn’t it true that Indian flights are not the favorite for many crews? Well, for me, as long as I can have some decent allowance to earn and more flying hours, why not! Actually, BOM is better than Delhi ; at least there are less call lights and demands.  

 

溫哥華班滿累的~雖然我不在乎這班通常泡麵要求很多，但如果有較好的班別可以換，俺是會嚐試換掉的。這也就是為何我拿到了139雪梨班。我肖想去雪梨好久囉，這次真的很幸運可以在本月得到這班。您可能會問我為何將月底的四天雪梨班換掉。原因很簡單~因為我得在三十號前回家，而二十八號至三十號卻卡個很不讓人開心且很難換掉的短來回或過夜班，所以我只好吃掉另一個組員的凱恩斯(聽說這班不好做，但津貼不錯啦)，而飛我這兩個短班對該組員是ok的，因為我原本的101雪梨班可是很搶手的說。  

Vancouver flight is tiring~Although I don’t care about the cup noodles normally highly requested in this flight, if there’s any better pattern to swap with, I will try. That’s why I got this new flight-139 SYD. I’ve been longing for going to Sydney for quite a while. Lucky me that I’ve obtained one this month. You will probably ask me that why I swapped the 4-day SYD away at the end of this month. The reason is simple. I need to go back to Taiwan by the 30th and the annoying short turn or overnight flights from 28th to 30th are difficult to be swapped away. I then chose to cover the other party’s cairns flight (this one is said to be not easy to operate, but allowance is not bad) and it is also ok for that crew to take these short flights because my original 101 SYD is a very good one.  

 

是的~我又要去舊金山啦！很多組員很不愛870舊金山班，因為印度客人很多而且有一托拉庫的特別餐，會讓人累到爆。但對俺來說，這種累一眨就過去了，但可以得到的卻是不錯的津貼和長的時數~~讚啦！  

Yeah, San Francisco again. Many crews don’t like the 870 SFO due to numerous Indian passengers and tons of special meals, which will exhaust crews. But for me, I don’t care because the tiredness for the flight is past in a blink of an eye and you can thus get good allowance and long flying hours. Cool~  

**關係代名詞which除了可以指前面的表事或物的先行詞外，也可以指逗點前的整個句子喔！所以上段第一句的which是指前面的整個句子的意思，也就是說「印度客人很多而且有一托拉庫的特別餐」這一整件事實會讓組員累到不行。
