全台唯一一家香雞城 The Only Chicken House in Taiwan
還記得好小的時侯全台首家大型速食連鎖店「香雞城」？去問問五六年記生，他們一定還有印象在大概幼稚園到國中階段，只要一想到要吃「雞」，就非得去香雞城排隊不可！雖然它早在十多年前就幾乎不見蹤影，但那多重雞肉好滋味和有趣的啃雞方式依然深植吾心呀。
Do you still remember Chicken House, the first well-known chain fast-food restaurant taking Taiwan by storm in 1990s, mainly selling fried chickens as well as its characteristic rotisserie chickens which were specially eaten with a pair of plastic gloves? Though nearly vanished more than 10 years ago, Chicken House has always been kept alive in my mind together with its delicious chicken meat of various options and the interesting way of gulping them down.
** 首句…, the first well-known..., mainly selling fried chickens…皆是同位語的用法，主要是用來補充說明第一個逗點前的同位語”Chicken House”。逗點後的同位語用法其實是省略了關係代名詞(因為先行詞Chicken House是事物,所以用)which；省略關代後的格式就是後方如果是一般動詞，表主動的動詞以ing示之，被動就直接用p.p.,而be動詞就直接省略。如：I live in Toufen, a beautiful town in Miaoli county, usually visited by crowds of people in May due to Tung Blossom season.我住在頭份，一個位於苗栗縣的美麗城鎮，在五月間因桐花季之故，這裡吸引了大量觀光客。這句的原句是：I live in Toufen, which is a beautiful town in Miaoli county, which is usually visited by a crowds of people in May due to Tung Blossom season.這樣諸位可以看出它的規則了吧？在寫作裡很常用也很實用喔！

超好吃的「老疊香」麻辣鍋 The super tasty "Lao Die Xian"
其實我是個很挑嘴的人。我很少吃麻辣火鍋，但只要說到要去吃麻辣鍋，我就一定要吃最好吃的。而「老疊香」麻辣鍋算是我目前吃過的麻辣鍋之極品，它的美味可以說讓人永生難忘呀。
