幾個月前我告訴我的一些格友，如：理察、珍、妹子、阿悸、雪莉…等人我會盡快買台數位單眼，拍更生動漂亮的相片和他們分享，並且和他們一些人一同練習攝影。上個禮拜，俺終於實現諾言，弄到我的首台「高檔」數位相機—Samsung EX1。 

Months ago, I told some of my blogger friends, Richard, Jane, Sandy Wu, Angelica, Shirley…etc., that I would try to get myself a DSLR camera as soon as possible so that I would be able to share more vivid, beautiful pictures and practice photographing with some of these friends. Well, last week I fulfilled my promise and finally landed my first “high-class” digital camera.  

** …so that…是「如此的話….、這樣的話…」的用法，後頭加上一個子句。此用法相當於so或 in order that + 子句，也等於to + V 或 in order to + S，或也可用for the purpose of + Ving、in view of + Ving、with an eye to + Ving。  

 

其實啊，我這台新相機並非數位單眼，而是類單眼來的，所以請別失望我沒有達到諸位的期待呀。為何我沒有買數位單眼呢？因為第一，大部份的數位單眼體積都大到很難放進我公司的隨身行李，帶到外站不方便；再者，我覺得最符合我需求的是Panasonic的GF系列（如：GF1、GF2，或者是未來可能會推出的GF3、GF4…等），因為它很輕巧而且功能廣獲好評。但要等到更高檔的Panasonic GF系列問世還有段時間，所以先買台較便宜的類單眼隨身機來應景也不錯，至少我可以先藉由新買的這台Samsung EX1來建立對單眼數位攝影的興趣，也可以透過它學得基本數位單眼數位攝影的知識與技巧。  

To tell you the truth, my new camera is not a DSLR but a DSLR-like one, so don’t get disappointed and scold me because I failed to achieve you guys’ expectation. Well, the reason why I didn’t shop for a real DSLR is that for one thing, many of them are very big in size and can hardly stuff into my company’s carry-on luggage when I plan to bring it to out-ports; for another, I think the type most suitable for me shall be Panasonic G series (like G1 and G2, or G3 or G4…perhaps to be released in the near future) due to it’s compact size and widely-acclaimed functions. But since it’s still a long wait before the more advanced Panasonic G series to hit the market, purchasing a cheaper, easy-to-carry DSLR-like camera for the time being to cater to my current needs is not a bad idea. At least I can cultivate my passion in DSLR photographing as well as gain the basic DSLR knowledge and skill from Samsung EX1.  

** 上頭第二句的…for one thing + S + V…for another + S + V是個很好用的句型，表「…一方面…另一方面…」，兩個片語後方可以加逗點與後頭的子句隔開，但也可以不用加。  

 

市面上這麼多數位隨身機，為何我會物色上Samsung的EX1呢？原因很簡單：  

There are numerous compact DCs (Digital Cameras) on the market, but why I finally targeted on Samsung EX1? The reasons are simple:  

1.      EX1的外型好看，具有流線型的復古感。 EX1 has a nice-looking streamline and classic case. 
 

2.      EX1所採用的是「CCD感光元件」，比其它大部份相機所使用的CMOS感光元件更高階，照出來的相片更細緻，雜訊更少。EX1 is applied with CCD sensor, more highly-advanced than CMOS sensors adopted by its other rivals, capable of taking the pictures with finer, more detailed results and less noises. 
 

3.      EX1有「F1.8超大光圈」 (目前我還沒有看過一般數位相機或類單眼相機的光圈有這麼大的)，可以拍出很漂亮的淺景深效果和相當有助於手持夜拍，在室內或光線不足之處不用閃光燈也可手持拍出理想的照片喔！(但如果要將快門調慢來拍特殊效果照片，最好使用腳架) EX1 is equipped with F1.8 super large aperture (up to now I’ve never seen any larger aperture in any DC or DSLR-like DC on the market), which enables users to create the beautiful effect of shallow depth of field and produce ideal pictures in hand-held way without using its built-in flash in the night or in places of lower-light condition. (If a picture is to be taken with a low-speed shutter, the use of a tripod is very recommendable) 
 

4.      EX1的「24mm大廣角」可涵蓋更多更廣的景觀（目前大部份的DC或類單眼相機所訴求的超廣角也都只有28mm或頂多26mm而已）。EX 1’ s 24m m wide angle is able to cover a richer and wider view. (currently, many of the so-called wide angle in most of the DCs or DSLR-like cameras is just no wider than 28m m or even to the extent of 26m m ) 
 

5.      EX1的「光圈先決（A）」、「快門先決（S）」和「全手動曝光（M）」模式可以讓我輕鬆練習像操作單眼相機的光圈和快門的曝光控制，拍出我想要的感覺的照片。這些模式如果使用洽當的話，很多時侯比「Smart」自動場景辨識還好用。EX 1’ s “Aperture Priority(A)”, “Shutter Priority(S)” and “Fully Manual（M）” modes allow me to adjust the aperture and shutter freely and easily for desired exposure like people do for their SLR cameras. By means of these three modes, I can create the photos with the feel I want. They sometimes make better function than「Smart Auto」, the mode of automatically choosing the appropriate settings based on the detected type of scene. 
 

6.      EX1有三吋大的「AMOLED翻轉螢幕」，在任何角度觀看螢幕拍照都很方便，非常適合自拍和在人群中手持高拍遠方的景色。Equipped with a 3-inch swiveling AMOLED screen, EX1 can show me the screen view from any angle, very much suitable for self-shot and highly-held-shot for distant view in the crowd. 
 

7.      EX1所附的多重「相片風格」選項和「濾鏡」功能也是我選擇EX1的要素，可以輕鬆在相機內套用特效，讓相片的風格多樣化。The multiple photo types and filters help further edit my pictures to be more colorful and tailor-made, which also contributes to my purchase desire. 
 

8.      最後讓我放手決定敗家的是，EX1集這麼多優點於一身，這台近乎專業級單眼的類單眼相機價格才一萬三、四左右，真的是高貴不貴。The major reason triggering my final impulse to invest money on EX1 is that though complete with so many advantages and nearly advanced as a real DSLR, EX1 is only sold at the price of around 13 or 14 thousand NT dollars. It’s definitely worthy but not pricy.  

 

Samsung EX1是目前很多專業級單眼攝影高手都會挑選做為隨身機的一款。不蓋你，我目前用了好幾天，拍了好多張照片了，不論是夜拍、近照特寫、風景、動態拍攝…怎麼拍就怎麼好看。不過和其它的一些小缺點比起來它最讓人失望的，應該就是錄音只有單音，錄影非高階Full HD而是640×480或320×240的格式這項吧。不過我倒不是非常要求錄影的品質要多極至，所以此種規格對我來說不無謂。  

Nowadays a number of professional SLR photographers have chosen Samsung EX1 as their pocket alternative. Believe it or not, I’ve been using EX1 for just a few days in a row and most of the pictures, including night-shots, close-ups, landscapes, and motion-shots, I have taken are very impressive. Well, when it comes to the drawbacks of EX1, the non-Full-HD 640×480 video mode (mono-audio) is most likely to disappoint you among other trivial deficiencies. But since I am not the one who really care about the high quality of film recording, such specification is enough to me.
